Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and may be required to pay for future appointments in full when booking. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late Arrival Policy: To ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount if your appointment is shortened due to lateness. In cases of late arrival, we may also need to reschedule your appointment, and a rebooking fee could apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
